  It's very refreshing to read your comments again, quite a marked contrast from the so-called professional market letter writers featured on the other gold sites.  They always seem to be so sure of themselves and their predictions and seldom admit they are ever wrong though they often are.  Besides, you are a lot more fun to read and have great instincts which count for a lot.  I look forward to your next market wrap.

• I don't know anywhere else one can get such an impartial view of the stock and bond markets, gold, currencies (all of which are interrelated anyway).  We are lucky to have these market wraps, very lucky.
  
  I don't trust most analyses I read anymore.  The authors are all selling you something, and many try to convince you of their point of view because they hope something will happen; that doesn't mean it will.
  
  I am usually confused by all this stodge going into the weekend so it is a pleasure to digest Doug's wrap; things then become clear for me.  Doug G. has a great gift.
